Abstract

The purpose of carrying out this PkM activity is to develop the creativity abilities of coaches and students at the Sustainable Art Studio in creating and developing creative dance with traditional dance development resources. The benefit of this activity is that local youth can get to know and appreciate local traditional cultural arts. This service activity conducts training for coaches and studio members. This development service uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, to train and change the potential of the community for the better. The training was carried out for 2 days using lecture methods, demonstrations, questions and answers and simulations from all participants. The results of the activity showed an increase in the ability of participants from the perspective of creativity, and the development of creating regional dance creations.
